Fall Congress

Registration is OPEN!

We are excited to welcome everyone to back to our first in-person Fall Congress since 2019, at the beautiful Grandover Resort and Spa!

Important Information
Due to the current state of the pandemic in North Carolina and the need to put the health and safety of our attendees as our #1 priority, we have instituted several new safety measures for this event.

  • Following NCDHHS guidance for conducting in-person events, we are now requiring a valid proof of vaccination, or proof of a negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of admittance into Fall Congress. You will be asked during registration which option you choose. If fully vaccinated, please have your vaccine card ready to upload during registration. If you choose to take a COVID test and present your negative results before entering Fall Congress, you must take the test within 72 hours of your arrival to the event and email the results to NCOS. The test must be administered by a licensed professional.
  • In accordance with Guilford County's current mask mandate, masks will be required by all in attendance, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Capacity will be limited to 250 attendees to allow for social distancing in the general session room.
  • We will have assigned seating to minimize shared surface contact and to assist with contact tracing, if necessary.
  • Our exhibit hall will now be for NCOS Partners only, to allow more space in the general session room and for our valued Partners' booths. Thus, we will no longer be holding the opening reception in the exhibit hall on Friday night.
  • The Grandover Resort is taking steps as well to minimize risk for all guests and employees. Click here to view the guidelines in place for their GrandOver & Above program.

We will continue to monitor the climate of the COVID-19 pandemic, and assess any new health precautions and local and/or state mandates and guidance, to deploy any further changes to the format of this event if necessary.

We expect all attendees to adhere to an Attendee Code of Conduct and a Liability Waiver, which we will send to all registered attendees prior the event.
